Equity Research
Investment analysis grounded in deep scientific due diligence. A thesis-driven approach to biotech and beyond.
Scientific Diligence Meets Financial Analysis
My interest in investing began with economics — particularly the Austrian school — which shaped how I think about capital allocation, uncertainty, and long-term value creation.
I invest in biotech as a scientist, not as a trader. My process is grounded in primary literature, mechanism-of-action analysis, and clinical data, with the goal of identifying scientific breakthroughs that can translate into durable commercial value.
A good example of this approach was my investment in Vertex Pharmaceuticals during the development of its sickle cell disease gene-editing program, which I followed closely from a scientific perspective.
I am a long-term, value-oriented investor focused on asymmetric opportunities where deep scientific understanding can provide an analytical edge. While my public portfolio is not exclusively biotech, biotechnology remains a core area of research and investment focus. Below, I share my portfolio and selected biotech research memos.
